1. Purpose of the contract

These general conditions will regulate the contractual relationship between https://www.shuttleasy.com, (Hereinafter Blaybel) And the client (you), by virtue of which Blaybel it acts as the intermediary between you and the provider.

For the provision of our services we work with private transport operators (hereinafter Suppliers) that provide land transport services for passenger transfers, or that act as an agency with legal capacity to offer transport services and that are in possession of all licenses and permits necessary in accordance with the legislation applicable to each of them to carry out this activity.

Blaybel It acts as an intermediary agent for external transport service providers and therefore we cannot accept any responsibility derived from the provision of the services.

By booking on our website, you agree that the contract for the use and provision of the service is established between you and our provider (the service provider). If the reservation is made by an agency or any other person acting on your behalf, you are considered to be an agent for all passengers using the service and yourself. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any other information contained on the website.

By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you have the legal capacity to accept them on your behalf and on behalf of all passengers who use the services.

These general conditions may change without prior notice and any changes will be communicated by email, our website or any other means that you have provided us for this purpose.


2. The reservation process: payment and contract

Reservations can be made online on our website 48 hours prior to the start date. If the reservation is made for two or more people, the person making the reservation (-the main part-) is considered to have done so on behalf of all passengers and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of any passenger on the reservation . The main part must be at least 18 years old.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once full payment is received, Blaybel will process the reservation and after confirmation will send the Travel Bond for the transfer services you have booked to the Main Party. The voucher will include the details of your reservation, the name and telephone number of your service provider. This number is useful only if you do not locate your driver when starting the service. Any other communication must be made through our customer service. The Travel Voucher must be presented at the beginning of your trip, to the driver.

Blaybel upon receiving your service request, you act as an agent or representative, requesting payment of the full amount of the service you wish to contract with the Provider.

Through our website you can see the details of prices of services calculated according to the vehicle, destination and date you choose. We reserve the right to change these prices at any time (due to erroneous calculations beyond our control) and your service request, even after payment. The service is subject to validation until the moment you have received your Travel Voucher by email.

When the reservation is confirmed, a legally binding contract will be created between the Main Party (and all passengers listed in the reservation) and the provider. No binding contract is created until full payment has been received.

In the event of an unsatisfactory service claim, Blaybel or your provider can provide the affected customer with reimbursement of the relevant costs incurred by the customer upon arrival. All documentation (vouchers) of the expenses paid by the client will be required.

Blaybel or its providers cannot be held responsible for the punctuality, accuracy or quality of the services due to the incorrect information provided when booking the service. It is the responsibility of the Main Party (or its agent) to verify that all the details of the reservation are correct before the trip and inform Blaybel if there is any mistake in advance.

If there is any error in the information provided by the Main Party (or its agent) and as a result of this the reservation suffers a change in the price of the services, you will be responsible for that expense. In case you do not pay the difference due to incorrect information provided by you, Blaybel or our provider reserves the right to cancel the services without any compensation or refund responsibility for you. The provider price quoted on our website is the final price and you will not be charged additional fees if the information you provide at the time of booking is correct.


3. Child seats.

Make sure you know the local laws when traveling with children. Children should use appropriate baby or infant seats. You are responsible for correctly providing all passenger information at the time of booking and, in the case of traveling with children, choosing the necessary extras to adapt to the existing legislation at that time. Extras for child seats are not free and must be paid by you at the time of booking. The Primary Party is responsible for verifying that the restraint system is compatible with the vehicle and that it is properly installed. Blaybel or our suppliers will not be responsible for any incident derived from the improper use or the incorrect installation of the retention system. We will do our best to ensure that the provider offers these extras when they have been booked. Due to unavailability, child seats may not be available. In these cases, the cost of the extra will be reimbursed. If reserved restraint systems are not available, children over the age of three must wear a seat belt. Children under three years of age may travel without a restraint system, but they are mandatory in the rear seats of the vehicle.


4. Children's price.

All children and babies, regardless of their age, will be taken into account in determining the vehicle's capacity to use, and therefore must be entered in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.


5. Disabled passengers

In Blaybel we are not specialists in the transport of people with reduced mobility, nor can we guarantee the availability of these vehicles. So we advise you to search the market for specialized suppliers for the transport of people with reduced mobility.


6. Changes and Cancellations

Any request to change the reservation must be sent by email to our customer service.

No change will be effective until we receive it and confirm by email that the Supplier was able to make the corresponding change. You can make the change or modification of the service with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled time of the service.

If you request any change that involves a change in the price (vehicle size, new destination, extras, etc.), the difference between what you have already paid and the new price, will be communicated to you by email, sending you in the same email a link to make the payment of the difference. Until receipt of payment by you the change will not be accepted by the Provider.

If it is canceled up to 48 hours before the pick-up time, 6 euros will be charged for management fees and the rest will be returned in the same way it was paid.

If the cancellation occurs within 48 hours prior to the provision of the service, no amount will be refunded.


7. Cancellations by us

In extraordinary cases, and if our supplier is forced to make a significant change in the conditions of service, or to cancel the service, we will make the necessary efforts to find viable alternatives to any confirmed reservation that we must cancel. If we are finally forced to cancel your reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded and this refund will cover all the obligations to the client that arise from said cancellation.


8. Reserved vehicles

We strive to respect our customers' preferences about the chosen vehicle; however, the vehicle may be replaced by a higher capacity vehicle or multiple vehicles, depending on availability.

All vehicles provided by suppliers are fully insured against damage to third parties as required by local law.


9. Luggage

Our suppliers accept to each passenger a suitcase with a maximum weight of 20 kg and a combined total dimensions of 158 cm (80x50x30).

As a guideline, the approximate capacity of vehicles, tourism type, of up to 4 seats plus driver is two large suitcases (80x50x30) or four medium suitcases (55x40x20). Vehicles with 7 seats plus driver have a capacity of approximately one large suitcase per passenger.

If you forget an item of luggage in the vehicle, you must contact our supplier, you have the phone number on your Travel Voucher, and manage the return of the luggage directly with it. You will be responsible for covering all additional expenses.

Nor Blaybel nor will the Supplier be responsible for any loss or damage that your luggage may suffer.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you are obliged at all times to comply with the local laws and legislation where your transfer takes place. Consequently, your luggage cannot contain any article prohibited by local law or legislation.

Unless you are traveling with a guide dog, pets are not allowed.


10. Services

We offer private transfer services. We cannot guarantee the exact itinerary to your destination and all the information published on our website, such as route maps, is for informational purposes only.

We strive to ensure that pickup and delivery times are honored, but cannot guarantee them.

At the airport the driver will wait for you for 60 minutes from the time the plane lands. At the port we will wait 30 minutes from the time selected by the client. At train stations, hotels or homes the wait will be 15 minutes. Once this time has passed without you having appeared to start the transfer, the service will be terminated, but not before trying to contact you using the phone number they entered when making the reservation.

In case you can't find the driver, call the provider right away, you can find the provider's phone number on your Travel Voucher. If you organize an alternative transport without notifying us, the provider will be released from its obligation to provide the service and will not be reimbursed any amount.

If the driver of your private transfer cannot locate you upon arrival or at the time of your meeting, you will call the mobile phone number provided by you when booking. Make sure you are traveling with that mobile phone and that it is switched on. If you cannot be reached at the phone number provided, we will not be able to provide you with the service and no refund will be made.

All contracted transport services are covered by the liability policy of the supplier or the company subcontracted by it.

You have the possibility of hiring an extra stop for key collection / delivery. This must be within the route, in the same municipality of origin or destination, and always without deviating from the route of the destination route. This stop has a surcharge. The driver's waiting time will be ten minutes. If the stop exceeds this waiting time, or the stop is made in a municipality other than the one of origin or destination, or is too far from the original route (5 km maximum), you must pay an extra amount to the driver.


11. Customer responsibility.

The client declares that he understands and accepts the general conditions of this contract, that he is of legal age and capable of accepting the subscribed responsibilities and agrees to pay for the services requested by means of a suitable credit or debit card, with authorization for its use and with sufficient funds to cover the cost of the service.

The client is responsible for verifying the established pick-up time and ensuring that they arrive at the airport, station or port in sufficient time to check-in and to be able to travel. The services will be provided in accordance with the information that you have provided and that has been sent to you by email. It is your responsibility to provide complete and correct addresses for the collection and destination points at the time of booking. It is also part of your responsibilities to print and verify the accuracy of the travel voucher. If the information contained in the receipt is incorrect, you should contact our Customer Service team immediately to rectify it. We are not responsible for reservations that are impossible to make due to insufficient or erroneous information provided by you and no refunds will be made for those reservations.

The client must carry all the necessary documentation to cross the borders. Neither the Supplier nor the driver of the vehicle will be responsible or accept any charge that is caused by lack of documentation from the user or users, in the event that they do not comply with the regulations of customs, the police, the tax authority or from the administration of the countries for which entry is requested. The Travel Voucher is not considered a valid document to obtain visas.

In case Blaybel or our supplier is forced to pay a deposit or a fine to the authorities of other countries as a result of the client's non-compliance with the laws, regulations or other requirements of the countries in which they plan to enter or exit or intend to cross, the Customer will assume full responsibility for reimbursing Blaybel or to the supplier such amounts.


12. Responsibility of Blaybel.

Blaybel acts as a booking agent. You are contracting a service directly with the Provider and not with us. As an agent, we accept no responsibility for the provision of transportation services. Our responsibility is limited to the publication of information on our website about the services offered by the Suppliers, to communicate information or the modification of reservations to the Supplier and to inform about any changes applied to the terms of your reservation. We accept no responsibility for information about transfers that we communicate to you in good faith.

Information about the services displayed on our website, vehicle sizes, extras, distances and travel time are estimates and Blaybel does not guarantee compliance. Similarly, Blaybel does not evaluate the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.

Blaybel accepts no responsibility for any illness, injury, death or loss of any kind. Any claim for loss, injury, illness or death must be made directly with the Provider who must be covered by the terms of your insurance. All claims are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country where the service is performed. We are only responsible for any claims that arise, solely as a result of our negligence.

We are not responsible for any service contracted directly with the Supplier and we disclaim any responsibility for any modification to its service that is not made directly with us in writing through the means of communication provided to you at the time of booking.

Errors that may appear on the website will be corrected as soon as we become aware of their existence. In case of errors of this type, Blaybel reserves the right to cancel your reservation on behalf of the Supplier and refund the total amount paid by the client at the time of the reservation.


13. Complaints or claims

If the service you receive from our partner (the provider) does not meet your expectations, you should notify our Customer Service immediately and, whenever possible, at the time of the incident.

First, you should contact your local provider using the information provided on the travel voucher and they will help you resolve any concerns.

Written claims should be sent by email to info@shuttleasy.com no later than 15 days after the date of the service provided.


14. Languages

Our website is available in several languages. Our customer service via email is available in Spanish and English at all times. We pay special attention to the quality of the translation of our websites and these General Conditions, but in case of discrepancy the Spanish version is the one considered valid.


15. Right of admission

The Provider reserves the right to deny service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel the service if the conduct or behavior of any passenger is such that it affects the safety of the driver, vehicle or other passengers. Nor Blaybel Nor will the Supplier be responsible for any additional charges that may result from such behavior.

The consumption of alcohol and drugs in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed in any of the vehicles.


16. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any relationship between Blaybel and the client, will be governed by and are subject to Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the existence, content and / or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or any relationship between Blaybel and the client, both parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Girona, Spain.

Blaybel reserves the right to make changes at any time on its website, as well as in these Terms and Conditions.
